In Romania preparations begin the day by Ignat when people cut pigs and children go to carol(after other celebration,Bolindeţi) and get bagels, apples, nuts and oranges. ->Christmas Day is served with sausages, cabbage, liver sausage, jelly, pudding,boeuf salad and, of course, wine,next to the Christmas Tree.
