Soft skills are not easy to acquire in a short period. The learners can learn in their own pace, when the content is available in the web. Soft skill training programmes are costly .

Deciding the contents of the module Searching freely available material related to the topics from websites like Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching (MERLOT). Deciding the contents to be developed. Listing and evaluating the alternative methods of content delivery.
