15 Competencies Development through Self- learning in services SME Main Goal To support the emergence of a new professional profile for facilitators of training addressing SMEs in services sector Specific objectives: To improve the quality and the work organisation towards a learning organisations; To focus learning processes on more flexible and customer oriented services; To create a new professional profile for facilitators of training processes addressing SME in services sector; To develop and test a package of methodology and instruments for facilitators of learning processes; To support employees innovative self-learning approaches and activities.

23 EU.CERTI.CON Main Objective to support the development of a new professional European Certificate for Renovation & Reconstruction (ECRR), which currently does not exist in the construction sector Main goal is planned to be achieved throughout development of a new VET modules for single professions in the sector, but on a basis of integrated approach
