8 Technical arrangements Stand: provide printed documents/brochures provide electronic promotional tools (ppt presentations/demos/DVDs…) no other banners/posters/pop-ups allowed Exhibitors´ staff: must be permanently present during the opening hours CoR to provide special badges for all days of OPEN DAYS - names of exhibition staff to be notified to Boris.Essender@cor.europa.eu before 29 September - badges to be picked-up on Monday 9 October (10:00 - 16:00) at the Info Point, CoR building Special requirements: to be finalised in the next few days meeting room requests

9 Opening ceremony Monday 9 October at 19:00 1000 guests (representatives of regions/cities, business, banking sector, NGOs, lobbyists, media) short opening speeches by three speakers tour of the stands by VIPs cocktail
