Special Issues (wait for the final version from guest editors) Two special issues in Terrestrial, Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and Journal of Marine Science and Technology have been arranged for authors who wish to have their researches published in peer-reviewed journals. Please inform the guest editor of the special issue by email along with your full paper by 28 February 2015. To circumvent the possible dilemma of duplicate publication, the authors are suggested to submit extended abstract to the conference and full paper to the journal, respectively.
