12 SUMR Passenger Policy  Non-Coast Guard on AUX Facilities  No non–AUX guests or passengers (including family) on facilities unless:  Order Issuing Authority (OIA) authorizes  Process -  Request 2 weeks in advance  Route via ASC with INFO Copy to SO-OP  Approval by e-mail to Coxswain or Pilot  Must receive approval to go Eighth Western Rivers 2015 Operations Workshop 12

19 PPE Update Most PPE maintenance is simple Individual members are responsible PPE maintenance tracked by flotilla and reported to SO-OP monthly Lack of maintenance will require removal of item from service May result in boat crew certification suspension Eighth Western Rivers 2015 Operations Workshop 19

21 PPE Update In August 2014 the OTO requested, through the DSO-OP, a complete PPE inventory –50% of Divisions responded Failure to provide inventory to DSO-OP by April 1 st, 2015 will result in immediate suspension of boat crew certifications.
