5 5 How to apply - competitions mode Applications have to be submitted only after the official publication Only applications submitted before the deadline will be evaluated. The right format accepted by the MI/MI2 is expected The number of submitted applications will not be limited The applicant will be informed about the result of the evaluation

10 Operation 1.2- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Under-operation 1.2.1 – Micro-Enterprises Type of projects (1): Extension of existing enterprise Upgrade of enterprises which implement innovations or new products and services Implementation of new production processes or services Adjusting new technologies and products to the European directives, such as safety regulations and environment Implementation of common udertakings

14 Under-operation 1.2.2 – Small and Medium Enterprises Type of projects (2): Utilising Electronic Economy technologies (e-business) Utilising Information and Communication Technolgies within enterprise management processes Participation of entrepeneurs in trade fairs, international exhibitions and economical missions – trade fairs and exhibitions outside the country Advisory services within designing, implementation and improving: new product or service, marketing plans, enterprise development strategy, QoS systems, environment management, safety and certificates of articles, services, resources, machines, devices, measurement and control equipment Advisory services within undertaking and developing export activity Advisory services within utilising ICT technologies Advisory services about cooperetion or fusion betweeen other enterprises

16 Operation 1.2- Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Under-operation 1.2.3 – Innovations within Micro- and SMEs Type of projects: Implementation and commercialization of innovative technologies and products Support for the Micro- and SME within taking up or developing R+D Technologies Implementation of common undertakings within taking up or developing R+D Technologies by cooperating unions Advisory services within implementation of enterprise management strategies using new technologies and innovative w oparciu o nowe technologie i rozwiązania innowacyjne Advisory services within creating new companies using high technologies or going to undertake activity which will help to produce new products or services on Polish market

17 Under-operation 1.2.3 – Innovation within Micro- and SME SUBSIDISATION Small Enterprise – up to 60% of qualified costs Medium Enterprise – up to 60% of qualified costs Subsidy: 750 000 PLN – individual investment projects 750 000 PLN – every entity of cooperative union taking a part in a common project 100 000 PLN – advisory type of projects

18 Qualified costs - examples obtaining right of ownership or right of non-developed property perpetual usufruct up to 10% qualified costs; the purchased ground must be inseparably linked with a project obtaining right of ownership or right of developed property use obtaining new fixed assets inseparably linked with a project such as machines, devices, tools, measurement and control equipment, office equipment, technical infrastructure obtaining used fixed assets obtaining building works and materials linked with building, rebuilding, upgrading properties, buildings; the costs must be linked with a project obtaining intangible and legal assets such as acquire the rights under a patent, obtain a licence or know-how

23 23 Qualified costs - examples: Purchase a property inseparably linked with the project (max. 10% qualified costs of value of a project) Investment work linked with investment process, f.e.: -Preparing a site for investment: -Surveying works, -ground works, -Building works, -Ending-up, instalation works Purchase an eqpuipment inseparably linked with investment Promotion inseparably linked with a project
