Qualified costs - examples obtaining right of ownership or right of non-developed property perpetual usufruct up to 10% qualified costs; the purchased ground must be inseparably linked with a project obtaining right of ownership or right of developed property use obtaining new fixed assets inseparably linked with a project such as machines, devices, tools, measurement and control equipment, office equipment, technical infrastructure obtaining used fixed assets obtaining building works and materials linked with building, rebuilding, upgrading properties, buildings; the costs must be linked with a project obtaining intangible and legal assets such as acquire the rights under a patent, obtain a licence or know-how
