8. Connect Forums > FAQs Q: Is there a training manual for the Forums? A: No. Please click “Help” in the header bar once you’ve accessed the Forums. You can also read FAQ’s, access interactive training videos and read/post questions about the Connect Forums in the Welcome forum.

11. Connect Forums > FAQs Q: How can I forward a message? A: You have a few options: 1. Highlight the message/web page’s URL and copy & paste it into an email message. 2. Highlight text and copy & paste it into an email message. 3. Using Internet Explorer, go to File > Send > Page by Email. The Forums are not built on an email application therefore you must use your default business email program to communicate with colleagues.
