4. State Budget: Community Colleges 90% / 10% split between contact hours & student success points was maintained. Student Success Points were not funded at level to maintain a “compete against yourself” system. Conference Committee used updated spring contact hours and student success points. Conference Committee used a 90% hold-harmless for college instructional funding. Conference Committee approved all college employee benefit funding petitions. Added a new “Reporting Requirement” rider of all colleges.
