10 Lessons Learnt ! Donor driven academic programme: – Conflict of interests between scholarships holders and full paying students – Sustainability of the programme – Employment of the graduates – Multidisciplinary faculty – Remuneration disparity – Odd timings (quality, no time for lab work)
