Responsibilities for Each Management Level

District Manager Responsibilities Stay in Contact with all of your business builders in your central district (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards) Check that all of your business builders have their $100 orders in so they can get paid for that month Send emails or call the consultants to remind them if they are eligible for their RSVP 1 or 2 If a consultant has volume close to hitting a qualification, give them a call to let them know what they will need to complete it When you promote out a DM direct to you, get them a Congrats gift (rose, book, or something around $10) Hold a strategy meeting with any new business builder in your central district

Area Manager Responsibilities Stay in contact with all of the DM’s in your central area & central District (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards) Hold a Getting Started Meeting for your team to plug into or something monthly so they can be trained on the basics Hold a monthly Discover Arbonne in your home Send out renewal letters to all consultants up for renewal

Area Manager Responsibilities Recognize your DM’s, promoted out AM’s, and your central District monthly (roses, books, tapes, if they are an AM.... spend around $20 for your direct AM’s) Watch webstats to see where your district managers numbers are to see if they are close to hitting a goal (bonus, qualification, ect..) You also need to watch your central district & do the same thing that a DM would do for their team. Teach your teams the system that your team does (Results/Presentation & how it works) Work with your DM’s to help them identify their key business builders (offer to do 3-way calls, or appointments with them)

Regional Vice President Responsibilities Stay in touch with your AM’s weekly ( emails, phone calls, appointments, or postcards) Work your central district as if you were a DM Hold a monthly call or meeting that your region can plug their consultants into Hold a weekly call or meeting that your team can plug prospects into Watch webstats to see what your AM’s teams are doing, and let your AM’s know if they need to keep a watch on a consultants numbers Trouble shoot for your team by working through VP Support Organize accountably calls or coach calls with your teams Hold a quarterly bootcamp Organize an email blast list for your central area, & RVP’s Recognize your region monthly (If you promote out an RVP, I usually spend around $500 for a 1 st generation RVP, you will still recognize your central area & districts)

National Vice President Responsibilities Stay connected with your RVP’s, central district, central region, & central area weekly (emails, phone calls, or thinking of you cards) Hold a monthly Nation Call Hold coaching sessions with consultants who may need some one o one and who are putting fourth effort Watch webstats to make sure your RVP’s are hitting their goals, as well as your central district, area, & region Keep your team connected with any news from VP Support Trouble Shoot for your team with the help of VP Support Be a coach, motivator, friend, & train your VP’s how to be a leader Learn to step back and let your VP’s become leaders themselves Recognize your central district, area, region, & National Vice Presidents (I normally spend about $1000 on my new 1 st generation NVP’s)
