Club Membership Chairperson Your position is important for the health & vitality of your club as well as for its ability to serve the community You will be responsible for organising membership growth efforts & ensure that membership goals are being met

Understand your position & get organised Use planning calendar to plan your year (time spent preparing now will be worth it) Form a membership committee Become familiar with all resources available Set goals with board and establish action plan Preparing for your term
