2 “Motivating young people to be better citizens” Mission: To Motivate Young People to Be Better Citizens Vision: To Continue to Develop 21st Century Learning, Improve Academic Achievement, Responsibility, and Fitness Prepare Students to do their Best in School and in Life –Teach a Broad Spectrum of subjects; American History, Technology Awareness, Wellness, Fitness, Geography, First Aid, Map Skills and more –Train Students in Personal Skills; studying effectively, taking tests –Train Students in Leadership Skills; motivating others, planning, making decisions Increase their Interest in their Country and their Community –Responsibilities as Citizens –Freedoms all Americans Enjoy Develop their Confidence and Self-Discipline –Instructors Teaching and Setting the Example –Learn Values; LDRSHIP
