11 Sea Urchin Sporting Goods Project Plan – Risk Management There were several issues which were deemed to be potential risks for this project some of which are: Inadequate planning, poor definition of scope, absence of leadership, poor cost estimates, poor time estimates, website too complex, availability of products, inadequate technical/customer support, hardware/software issued, inadequate staff training.
