Administrative reports Progress report by Partners to the Main partner 1 st report: 1 Jan 2010-30 Jun 2010 2 nd report = Interim report: 1 Jul 2010 – 31 Dec 2010 3 rd report: 1 Jan 2010-31 Jun 2011 4 th report = Final report: 1 Jan 2010 – 31 Dec 2011

Interim report Covers 1st period of the project: 1 Jan 2010-31 Dec 2010 Includes both Financial report Progress report Each Partner will prepare report from their part Main partner will combine country specific reports into one Interim report Deadline: 2 months after 1st period (end of February 2011)

Final report Covers entire project period: 1 Jan 2010- 31 Dec 2011 Includes both Financial report Progress report Each Partner will prepare report from their part Main partner will combine country specific reports into one Interim report Deadline: 2 months after the project period (end of February 2012)

Financial reports Partners has to provide to the Main partner (THL): Copies of the invoices and salary slips Copies of the documentation of the work days Partners will prepare a financial report in same manner that the budget was prepared Excel-template will be provided by THL Has to be ready 1 month after the reporting period to allow THL to check them and combine before submitting to the EAHC
