6 Your Attitude Being a Supervisor Attitude is the way you look at things mentally. Individual has the power to look at his position in any way he wishes.

7 2 Ways to Look Your Attitude If you look at in a positive, lively manner you will communicate to your employees that you are ready to accept your new responsibility and they will enjoy working for you. +ve -ve If you are unsure or insecure they may interpret your attitude as negative and you may receive less cooperation.
