21. Prov 14:1 First the Positive Believer. “Wise” CHOKMOTH, חָכְמוֹת “Woman” the Plural of ISHSHAH, אִשָּׁה = “women.”

22. “Builds” - BANAH, Qal Perfect. “To build something from something.” cf. Gen 2:22.

23. “She has built” focuses on each woman taking individual initiative and responsibility to build up her soul with Bible Doctrine.

24. “Her House” - BAYITH, בַּיִת, “house or household.” She has established a home for her family.

25. She contributes to and regulates the material and spiritual well-being of the household.

26. Her house is established on an immovable foundation of righteousness. She has created an environment for the Godly nurturing and love of the entire family.

27. It is built by means of applying God’s Word that is resident within her soul, Prov 31:10-31.

29. The Contrast! “The foolish woman” IWWELETH ISHSHAH, (devoid of Bible Doctrine in her soul), “with her hands tears it down,” YADH HARAS.

30. Prov 11:11, “By the mouth of the wicked it (a city) is torn down.”

31. This woman keeps on tearing down her family!

32. More often than not, it is the words that come out of the foolish woman’s mouth that destroy the nurturing and loving home and family.

33. Her arrogance and incorrigibility, poor speech, hot temper, and lack of self- control bring ruin to her household.

34. “Fools do not realize that even their construction is destructive.” (Complete Biblical Library Commentary.)

35. The wise women who apply God’s Word, especially towards their family, will build up their family unit to be one of love and prosperity.

36. The woman who lacks God’s Word will harass and attack her family with the result of alienating them, causing all kinds of problems, Cf. Prov 14:11.
