11. St Mary’s Catholic College ABSENCE PROCEDURE If your child is absent then you must ring the college in the morning to explain why. You must also send them back in with a note from yourself as this is a legal requirement.

12. St Mary’s Catholic College MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS If your child needs to sign out during the college day, you must send them in with a note to explain. This must then be authorised by the Head of Year / Progress & Aspiration Coach before they can sign out. If they come back in later that day they must also sign back in at the attendance office.
