In the Soncino version: “the best of the heathens” (Monor Tractates, Soferim 41a-b). But “heathen” is translated as “Gentile” (non-Jews) by the Jews.

If these had been brought to the attention of the members of Congress, HJ Res. 104 would never have been passed.
