1 If you are a UK tax payer, your support and qualify for ‘Gift Aid’. This means that Operation Smile can claim back the tax you have already paid on your sponsorship direct from the Inland Revenue – at no cost to them. To qualify for Gift Aid, what you pay in income tax (or capital gains tax) must be at least equal to the amount claimed. All you have to do is tick the Gift Aid box, and provide your name and address details. This means that for every £100 of Gift Aid sponsorship raised, Operation Smile will actually receive £128! So go on, gift aid it… Fund-raiser Wheatley Park Social Ride Mirfield Sunday 27th June 2010 14 mile and 9 mile routes www.wheatleypark.co.uk Ride Organiser: Susi Sadler 9 Sands Lane, Mirfield WF14 8HJ 07825 82 92 83 susi@600miles.org www.600miles.org Sponsor form Your Ride Organiser, Susi, is travelling to Mongolia in August to take part in the 600-mile ‘Mongol Derby’, an ultra-endurance race. Sponsorship is optional, but if you’d like to help this amazing cause, please use the form below and either bring your money on the day, send it on afterwards, or use www.justgiving.co.uk/600-miles.
