2 The Phat Booty Store was developed to give women with the hourglass or Buxom figure with a larger Booty one common place to shop. Our store will supply all of her needs from Tee’s, shorts and pants, nightwear & accessories. This has been a common problem for women with a big booty. We have taken this problem head on and will continue to grow our brand and offerings. We are the answer to Victoria’s Secret while also giving the buxom woman a sense of pride, sexy and belonging. Our retail stores will compete with Victoria’s Secret in certain major cities.

3 Our Online store Primarily started with the Novelty Tee and Tank, however with the brand offering and customer desire, we have developed our brand into other clothing items and will continue to grow and try new things that our customers want. Currently our items for sale are as follows: (F)=Future

4 Our business model is simple yet targeted. Our target market and customer facing marketing strategy includes a 38” to 52” women's booty size. (See Phat Booty App) Currently our customers have been online and trade show booths. All nationalities have purchased our products.

5 Our Phat Booty App will integrate with Instagram, Facebook & Twitter to find our customers which pop up as similar to our 38” to 52” user. We will then use these targeted profiles to ask a unique series of questions to tailor fit their needs to our product offerings, Then serve these products back to them through Facebook ads, email & video feeds. This is being built by our Technology partner Yogesh Singh.

6 Our strategy to build sales is to first open up larger ad strategies with Google adsense and Facebook ads. This will drive standard traffic. Since our market is a multi-ethnic urban community, we will create video content in commercial form and extended video form to market our products and hyper drive traffic to our site and future stores. Perfect larger booties and sexy commercials similar to Victoria's Secret will elevate our sales to plan.
