10 © Transmon Engineering Ltd 2010 | http://www.transmon.co.ukhttp://www.transmon.co.uk Transmon Engineering iTEch TDS1 Keypad or RFID Manual Download Keyless Entry or RFID Card Access Control System (RFID = Passive/No Contact) The truck systems all have a 2000+ memory continuously holding the last 2000 events The truck idle timeout is adjustable in seconds for safety, protecting operators and also helps to reduce excessive truck hour meter usage against contractual hourly agreements A service hour meter counter is built in disabling the truck based on the truck run hours used that is adjustable to meet the contract. An adjustable hour grace period could also be programmed A pre-shift or daily check event can be programmed to suit the operation; all the detail is recorded and viewable for analysis Fleet Management & Electronic Control Specialists The Transmon iTEch Range

Once the settings are modified or set they are saved as clone files on the PC or Laptop. The clone file is in turn written to the cyber key to programme and set up the trucks instantly. Impact sensors X & Y-axis defined can be programmed to a specific level for recording information. An additional level the same or greater than can be also be set thus resulting in the system shutting the truck down. An adjustable safety delay time period with operator warnings is activated during this time, a manager can only restart the truck, and this detail is also recorded. As soon as the incident is logged on the database an email can be created with the detail this could be sent automatically to a manager if enabled. Driver re-training programme charts can be viewed, segmented into 3 months, 2 months, 1 month and an expired operator bin. All charts list the drivers in date sensitive order.
