INTRODUCTION The introduction may include the following: Welcome address You start by welcoming your audience. Personal introduction If you deliver the speech yourself, you need to introduce yourself. Introduction of your agenda You introduce the topics on your agenda.
BODY Structure the contents of your speech in clearly defined sections. Make sure you address all the issues mentioned in the instructions. Arrange the contents logically.
CONCLUSION End your speech by briefly summarizing the main issues of your speech drawing conclusions, if relevant thanking your audience inviting questions or comments, if relevant
