Valentine’s Dance PTA sponsored event offered in the evening Parents must accompany their students Cookies and punch are served DJ controlling the music

Multicultural Night Community building event held in February Families bring a cultural dish to share Stations showcasing many cultures that represent the Woodbridge Family.

1 st Grade Art Walk Students study various artists every two weeks Make art project based on that artists’ work In May, students showcase their artwork, along with 3 art-inspired songs, throughout the school and present to parents

Woodbridge Mile Cat Club Partnership between Hillsborough Education Foundation, Bay Care St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital and Hillsborough County Public Schools Began November 2014 Meet after school on Thursdays, led by Coach Coffman Run, jog, or walk the ¼ mile trail

Creepy Science Night Family evening event Quick activities performed by students that reinforce science concepts Students dressed in costume

Kindergarten Round Up Incoming kindergarten families register for the following school year Kindergarten teachers give introduction on kindergarten expectations

Free informational session supporting our math curriculum District math instructional specialist on hand

“Reading Oasis” Donated in partnership by Hillsborough Education Foundation, Kiwanis Club, and Scholastic Book Fairs Fall of 2013 Students may “check-out” books Supports small/large group instruction
