3 There are many different kinds of construction jobs. The main groups of construction are the builders, which do the frame work and actually build the building being constructed. There is also the insides part for either wallpaper or plaster. Also in the inside is the tile. On the outside is insulation of the roof and then the plasterers.

4 Other jobs that are related to Rose Bay are being able to build docks, bridges, and clearing out land without hurting the environment. You don’t technically need to go to any kind of school to learn how to do these things. They only way to learn is on the job experience. These people usually only make about 8-9 dollars an hour. But their hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

5 There is no Special class to take to become a plasterer. You have to have the experience before you get onto the job. The only way to learn about becoming a plasterer, is to become a laborer. Plasterers usually make between 13-15 dollars an hour. They also work from 7 a.m. to about 3:30 p.m. Most of construction workers of any kind have these hours.

6 The people that work with environmental construction like I said before do not have to take any kind of schooling. But they do sort of have to have some common sense that when they clear a path they know how to work the machine. Also to know what they can knock down and what they can’t.

7 For air conditioner, heating, and Refrigeration Mechanic, bricklayer, carpenter, cement mason, construction electrician, construction equipment, laborer, millwright, demolition worker, drywall installer and finisher, elevator constructor and repair worker, floor covering installer, glazier, heavy equipment operator, insulation worker, iron and steel worker, lather, Manufactured Home assembler and Installer, Marble, tile, and terrazzo worker, painter and paperhanger, Plasterer, plumber and pipe fitter, Power tool repair, rigger, roofer, sheet metal worker, Stonemason, surveyor’s helper, and welder do not need any kind of education or training. Most of these jobs have either a good, fair, or poor employment outlook.

8 Air condition and heating technician, architectural drafter, architectural model maker, civil engineering technician, construction equipment dealer, energy conservation technician, Estimator, expediter, maintenance electrician, Septic tank installer, solar energy technician, specification writer, water well driller all need high school and some additional training. The employment lookout is usually good or very good for these particular jobs.

9 These next jobs usually require college plus training and high school. The employment outlook for thee jobs are fair, or good. Architect, building inspector, civil engineer, construction supervisor, heavy construction contractor, highway contractor, highway engineer, highway inspector, landscape architect, surveyor. Usual pay for these kinds of jobs are about or between 20,000 to around 40/50,000 dollars.
