10. Facing Restructured Area / Division?  How to adapt source of material and lists to hand over ?  If club(s) in your Area are moving to other Area(s) or Division(s)  How do you prepare your successor(s)?  What if it’s a brand new Area or Division and there is no one to transition from ?
