7. What is the CSSC? The CSSC began as a marketing effort and has becoming a interregional planning and policy group to prepare for BRAC Partnership of jurisdictions from 3 states and 7 counties: –Local government - Baltimore, Cecil, Harford Counties and Baltimore City, MD, York, Chester and Lancaster Counties, PA, and New Castle County, DE –MPOs – WILMAPCO and Baltimore Metropolitan Council –Economic - Greater Baltimore Committee and the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore

8. CSSC Planning Action Plans developed by each jurisdiction address: –Land use –Transportation and infrastructure –Education and workforce development –Public health, safety and community services Regional demographic study completed
