6. Fun Facts  Did you know that “Loyal it began, loyal it remains "is Ontario’s motto?  Out of the 5 great lakes Ontario owns 4 of them.  The common loon is the bird that represents Ontario.

7. Resources  In Ontario there is zinc, platinum, oil, uranium, natural gas, copper, gold, silver, and iron ore.  Ontario has many steel mils and mines.  Ontario products nickel, cobalt, salt, and magnesium.

8. Jobs  Some jobs in Ontario include farming, mining, and logging.  Ontario has farms that grow fruits such as peaches and apples. They also grow grain, corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, onions, beans, and peas.

9. Capital City  The capital city of Ontario is Toronto.

10. Population  About 11,000,000 Canadians live in Ontario.
