Indiana Venture Center (IVC) Projects (Fall) Work with a “client” being mentored by the IVC to assess market feasibility or offer guidance on operational issues. (Focused project) 2. Early Stage Idea Project (Spring) Contribute to a plan to commercialize a product from the medical school, IVC or ETC or complete a project on R&D management in existing company. (Broad and messy project) 3. Coaching and Professional Development Work with the enterprise directors and GCS to strengthen your professional network and portfolio
