2. Jean’s Life…  Born Dayton, Ohio in January 17, 1924  Went to High School, graduated and went to work.  She was a Secretary at..  Dayton Automatic Stoker Company  Wright Field  Biltmore Hotel (She met Mr. Conrad Hilton here)  BeAmCo

3. Jean’s Marriage  Married in 1944 to her high school sweetheart  He went to serve in 1944  Traveled around the country

4. Jean’s Family  David is her oldest son, 55  Jim is the second, 53  Robin is the only girl, 50 (looking to move to Clemson)  Joe lives in Canada, 47  Grandchildren…  Angie teaches 3 rd grade, 25  Tressa, 24 and in the Navy  Jennifer is turning 21 in a month  Kathryn she is turning 16 and lives in Canada  Robert is 13  Collin is 3, he is adopted by David  And 3 step grandchildren …Missy, Jenny, Cindy

5. Honeymoon and Travels  Short and sweet because of gas rationing  Columbus, Ohio  He went to serve soon after  Sioux city, Iowa left in May because of snow  Lincoln, Nebraska  Topeka, Kansas  Pecos, Texas  Alamogordo, Mexico (tested atomic bomb while they were there)  Then home where she enjoyed sailing and boating on her pontoon

6. Recently…  Moved from Canada because she loved this area  Jean lived on Keowee Lake before Clemson Downs  She enjoys the Brooks Center, bridge, movies, and Greenville Little Theater
