To Reduce the direct support required from TLI Admin staff and enable teachers to be self reliant in delivering their Courseware.

8. Moodle Course Creation Roles Teachers (Beginner): can request a New Course be created by TLI Admin and build a course sequence. Course creators (Intermediate): can create new courses independently but cannot move courses out of the Hidden Development Category. Quality Assurance (Advanced): can do all of the above AND move Teacher’s Courses out of development to a ‘Live Delivery’ category following Quality Assurance Signoff.
