8 Downtown Tour One day, my class took a field trip downtown. Here is what we did: We went in a tunnel underground. It was like an underground mall! We had to do a scavenger hunt while we looked around the city. For lunch we went to Discovery Park. When we finished eating, we had enough time to play. We found a little bit about our city’s history. I had a lot of fun during the field trip.

9 Children’s Museum My class took a field trip to the Children‘s Museum. Here's what we did : We looked in the science room. We went inside and I went to build a Lego racecar. There was a place to put your car and see if it drove well. Mine didn’t work! Then we went to a massive playground with a maze in it. We did the maze last. I came in 5 th place. Finally, we went to eat at Peter Piper’s Pizza. I had a lot of fun.

10 Play: “Best Christmas Pageant Ever” One day my class went to see a play in December. We went to see “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” It was funny. It was about a bunch of troublemakers learning the true meaning of Christmas. They learned about baby Jesus. After what they did, they weren’t troublemakers anymore.
