9 What’s the Solution? Yes I believe that kids should have computer access because they will need to know how to use one at some point if not already. ZapMe although I don’t think is the best solution, maybe not even a good one, but since it means that kids can get computer access as well as internet access maybe it should be up to them to decide if they want to participate, and if the pros out weigh the cons. 10 Conclusion Computers are definitely a way of making life easier and more productive. Every child should be entitled to this.
