2 Case 1: Otosclerosis Primary Surgery (Right Ear) 08:15 am (provisional) 51 year old male Left failed primary otosclerosis in 2008 (other surgeon). Revision left otosclerosis (same surgeon) in 2010: eroded incus, Ossiculoplasty with TORP (malleus-to-stapedotomy procedure). Good initial result over 2 years followed by recurrent ABG. Right progressive ABG. Surgical decision: right primary surgery first and left second revision 1 year later. Otoscopy: normal R. Vincent. Case 1 - Otosclerosis Primary Surgery

4 Case 2: Otosclerosis Revision Surgery (Right Ear) 09:30 am (provisional) 51 year old male Left primary surgery for otosclerosis in 2000 (other surgeon): good and stable result. Right failed primary surgery (other surgeon) in 2007. Failed right revision in 2008 (other surgeon): partiallly eroded incus; ossiculoplasty with stapes piston: good initial result followed by recurrent ABG over the last few months. Otoscopy: normal Tuning fork: Weber test lateralized towards the right ear R. Vincent. Case 2 – Revision Otosclerosis

6 Case 3: Otosclerosis Primary Surgery (Right Ear) 11:30 am (provisional) 53 year old female Progressive right-sided hearing loss No tinnitus nor dizziness Positive family history of otosclerosis Personal history negative Otoscopy: normal Tuning fork: Weber test lateralized towards the right ear R.
