4. Case 2 History Diagnosed with Meniere’s disease 10 years ago in the right ear Now experiencing trouble that looks like left sided Meniere’s Reports dizziness feels like motion sickness. Doctor would like to test for Lyme disease

9. Recommendation Options: –Transtympanic steriod/gentamicin injection –Endolymphatic sac decompression & labrynthectomy –Vestibular nerve section

Case 4 History 55 year old female 4 months prior the pt. was awoken by a large screech in her right ear, when she opened her eyes she noticed intense vertigo causing excessive vomiting Pt was admitted for four days into the hospital MRI and CT were negative for any pathology, diagnosed with vestibular neuronitis at that stay

11. History Cont’ She notes that she is unable to sleep laying back on her bed or turning to the right due to vertigo She states that vertigo only occurs when moving her head rapidly from side to side Non-pulsitile tinnitus is constant in the right ear

14. Diagnosis Differential diagnosis includes idiopathic Meniere’s disease as one of the possibilities – Dr. requests to see scans to determine diagnosis
