5. How Our Program is Funded ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) of 2009; through GEFA (Georgia Environmental Finance Authority ECG was awarded a $700,000 grant for the On-Bill Finance Program (EECBG – Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant) Revolving loan fund maintained by ECG

9. Terms & Conditions of Loans  Residential Customers Only  12 Month History w/Utility  Current with no more than 1 late over 12 months  Maximum $5,000 Loan  Payable over 36 to 60 Months  NO Interest on Loan  Municipal may charge small admin fee/month

Terms & Conditions of Loans (con’t)  Projects and/or items funded may include:  Purchase & Installation of Energy Star appliances  Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Freezers, Washing Machines, etc.  Purchase & Installation of Energy Star qualified central heating and air conditioning  Purchase & Installation of home weatherization products  Insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, etc.
