7. Key Pad Activation Designed for VT2000/FoamBrite conveyor applications. Designed to be mounted to the wall of the bay of a conveyor. Typically not required with Rocket Conveyor applications. Used in locations in which manual roller up is preferred over a treadle bay plate. Working with a CAW IV, the Keypad activation allows the customer the ability for an attendant to enter a fleet code (up to 1000 codes available).

8. Vehicle Detection Mat Designed specifically for the Rocket conveyor to be used in place of treadle switch. Can replace treadle switch, at no additional charge to conveyor package. Please specify when ordering. Provides a low profile alternative to the existing Rocket Treadle Switch. Front wheel or rear wheel operation needs to be specified when ordering. Must be installed in recessed concrete. Requires 5 ½” x 37” x 7/8” deep recess. Includes a control box assembly to be mounted between pressure switch and main Control Cabinet. Retrokit # 27336-000 available to replace treadle switch with Vehicle Sensing Mat.

9. Rain Shield Application Currently we are in the process of developing a new Rain Shield arch, however, Rain Shield can be applied by using Multi Use Rinse arch with chemical pump. However, in this application it will not foam. Rainshield neon light, developed to be used in conjunction with the application of Ryko’s Rainshield surface sealant. Neon light will be same size and shape as previously produced neon lights, with “Rainshield” spelled out in Neon.

12. When to use Bay Builder Bay Builder is a tool in which the initial information of the car wash in being introduced. Can be used to provide multiple layouts in a short amount of preparation time. Can be accessed via the Ryko protected site and is the first tab under the title “Sales Tools”.

13. What will Bay Builder Provide? Estimated distances of equipment from the beginning and end of the conveyor General guideline as to whether or not the equipment that is being quoted will fit into the desired space. Ability to provide your customer with multiple choices of conveyor layouts and components being included. Ability for your customer to have a more personal feel of what their particular layout will look like.

14. What will it look like? This is a sales tool only. All pre-construction site evaluations need to be completed prior to development in order to make sure product will fit into the space required.

15. Next Steps Include additional base packages that can be used on the Bay Builder (Radius, SAW, etc). Include nesting options on the Bay Builder Drawings Ability to include pricing on the actual printout that is provided to the customer. Additional reference sheet will be developed and posted to the web in the near future to help answer spacing issues. However, preinstall drawings are already available as a resource as well.
