3 Who is GFS? –Subsidiary of Graybar –Established in 1989 –Headquartered in St. Louis, MO –Supported by Graybar employees

4 What does GFS do? –Provides equipment leasing and project financing for commercial and government customers –Value added service for Graybar contractors and resellers –100% project financing (include charges related to installation, labor, maintenance, etc.)
