23 Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration 23 What is the National Stock Number Program?  Normally awarded as a 1-year contract with 4 additional 1-year options.  Price increases are calculated by evaluating changes in Producer Price Index (PPI).  Delivery is made on a zonal basis and prices normally vary by zone.  No competition is needed (done upfront)  No dollar amount threshold for ordering
