Assigned dedicated Event Coordinators to assist you before, during and after the show to answer all questions and help with the completion of paperwork. Both on site and on call 24/7.

Complete the Mendelssohn Customs Order form (as seen on next slide)
Complete the Canada Customs invoice (as seen on next slide)
Return the completed forms to Mendelssohn
Let Mendelssohn know your shipment is on it’s way
– Provide us your shipment’s tracking number!

Clear your materials through Canadian Customs on site at the Palais des congrès.
Track / Trace inbound shipments to ensure correct delivery location and date.
Prepare outbound documentation and arrange customs clearance of your goods returning to the US.
Be on-site from move in to move out.

7. Private Vehicles If planning to drive your goods into Canada
Beware there is new U.S. legislation
that may affect your ability to do so.
You should contact Mendelssohn immediately to find out what course of action you should take.

8. TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL SHIPPING
TO & FROM CANADA
Use the official show vendors
Prepare documents in advance
Know how your shipment will be arriving (carrier name and tracking number!)
Provide tracking information to your Mendelssohn event coordinator
Additional information and order forms are located in your tradeshow service manual for each vendor
