Current role of PMstudy in PMP-Training(online) Currently, PMstudy.com is the “BEST ONLINE TRAINING” provider for PMP- trainings globally with customers in more than 80 countries and almost all leading companies worldwide. On an average, 180 students enroll into PMstudy.com online courses daily. When will PMstudy discontinue relationship with a faculty? Lower than the average pass rates and poor feedback from students Conflict of interest situations Non availability for taking classes or canceling pre-scheduled teaching assignments Not agreeable with PMstudy.com training methodology, policies and procedures, or contract agreement When can faculty stop teaching for PMstudy.com? Any time – preferably with 1 month notice so that scheduled classes can be allotted to other faculty. What will be the legal relationship between PMstudy.com and its faculty? All faculty will be independent consultants(contractors) with PMstudy. They will not using PMstudy material other than for teaching PMstudy classes, and enter into a contracting agreement with PMstudy. Role of faculty in PMstudy PMP Trainings Liberal cancellation policy ensures that all our students learn through us (even if classes in their location are cancelled)… There are three options available to students if PMstudy cancels a class: 1. Transfer to a PMstudy class in another location but in the same week: Students will have the option to transfer to another confirmed PMstudy class in the same week but in another location. If they transfer to a class within 300 miles driving distance, they will be reimbursed $ 400. If they transfer to a class more than 300 miles away, they will be reimbursed $ 600. This will compensate the students for the inconvenience caused and help them for travel and stay related expenses in the new location. PMstudy will try to inform about class cancellation at least one week in advance so that students can plan to attend the class in another location. 2. Reschedule to a future class in the same location: Students can opt to reschedule to a future class in the same location. The amount paid for the PMstudy class will be applied towards the future class. 3. Ask for full refund: Students will have the option to ask us for a full refund of their payment in case of course cancellation done by PMstudy.com Classroom Training. The class may be taught by another faculty. This incentive is payable till PMstudy continues to get business from the same corporate, and the relationship is managed by the same faculty. Ques: What if more than two faculty are involved in a sales deal? Ans: Usually, PMstudy will give one sales lead to a single faculty. However, if more than one faculty worked on a sales lead, the incentive will be split between the faculty (exact details will be worked out on a case-to-case basis and the decision taken by PMstudy will be final and binding.) Ques: What if the faculty has been assigned a company but no significant developments have happened and the corporate deal has not materialized? Ans: If an account is not closed within 6 months (and no significant progress is made during this time), PMstudy will have the option to allocate the account to another faculty. Everyday activities Filling in PMstudy Process chart is done in first 20 minutes of every day – students fill in the process chart to the best of their abilities without referring to existing process chart. Students are asked to fill using the blank process chart in Day 1. Lunch break is usually at 1:00 PM in all days except in Day 4, when it might be delayed to 1:30 PM. Lunch break is for 1 hour. Frequent “health breaks” are provided every 1 hour or 1.5 hours; usually these breaks are provided along-with the review sessions as students study different chapters.
