3 Register Complaint, Sign-In & Create Account Customers can click here to Register their complaint online You can Log in here with your Username & Password To use this software for Free Trials of one Month, you can click here to create your Account. 1 2 3

4 Home Page after sign-in You can see list of customer complaints and their status You can see Various tabs for Creating Masters and viewing reports

5 Create Regions, sub-regions You can create regions and sub-regions – separate for domestic & International markets

6 Create Products Master You can add products information, manually, or upload your Excel file in given format.

7 Create Employees Master You can list your employees here with their status (A, VA or E), create their Usernames-Passwords for log-in, and also define their reporting route.

8 Create Customer Master You can add customers manually, or upload your Excel file in given format. Employee also can add a new customer from his side.

9 Common Reasons of Product Failure You can list common reasons of failures or complaints here. This makes it easy for Service Employee to log complaints properly and also for your reason-wise analysis. This also can be filled by employee, if required.

10 Register Complaints received by mail/phone Complaints (other than those submitted online by customers), received by email, or over phone can be added here. It can be defined whether complaint is to be attended at site or within your service center.

11 View Complaints’ Reports for Analysis You can view here the records/reports of complaints attended indexed either on Products, or Customers or Complaints

12 Performance Reports of complaints handling You can measure here the response time performance of employees for handling complaints

13 Calculate - MTBF One Reliability Measure of a product – MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) can be calculated here – either for a specific model or product group.

14 Graphical Analysis – Products & Employees You can see graphical analysis for products complaints/failures and also for employees performance

15 Reporting by Employee Servicing person can fill in his service report from his mobile phone, immediately after attending the complaint. He can attach any letter collected from customer, or also can attach any photograph of site conditions etc.
