4. Programme Update 14109 plants installed 2009/14 87% satisfaction rate. Functionality issues: mainly user related. Technology reliability : 95% Energy savings: – Firewood reduction - 66%. – Charcoal reduction - 51%. – Kerosene reduced - 21%. Reduced chemical fertilizer : 84%. Living conditions improved : 89.7%. 4
