5. “People have the right to be treated equally and fairly and are entitled to do their work free from hostility, harassment and unwanted attention or interference because of who or what they are” Fair enough?

7. What “assertive message” could you communicate if: A workmate constantly makes comments to you with sexual overtones? Someone is treating you unfairly about your work because you previously declined a request for a date? There are obscene pictures in your workplace that make you feel embarrassed?
