Technical Leadership is not Optional for System Engineers Paul Frenz, CSEP spent over 20 years in commercial software product development before coming to GDAIS in 2001. He is a senior systems engineering technical manager here and has lead the System Engineering measurement program that he helped develop. He holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Public Accounting and Quantitative Methods and a Masters degree in Software Design and Development. They are holding a special recognition evening for the engineering industry and are inviting engineers to attend the baseball game.
