Openness… fulfill the three key roles of the university – education, research and active support of quality socio-cultural life on regional, national and international level enhance the positive image of the university, popularise its activities among external and internal target groups and strengthen its position as a centre of knowledge and research as well as a natural cultural centre popularise higher education, general science and specific branches studied at the University especially by means of popularisation and promotional activities

4 Project Objectives enhance the interest of young people esp. in natural sciences & technical disciplines show to young people the world of modern science and new findings in an enjoyable way attract talented people to scientific disciplines, research & development raise awareness of the importance of further education in the scientific fields offered by UofPa

5 Project Strategies enhance the role of UofPa as the Regional Coordinator in Support for Technology & Science Fields form a complex of educational and popularisation activities and system of outreach programmes in the region implement and organize new promotional and popularisation science oriented events - happenings & shows into the University PR activities intensify networking with esp. elementary and secondary schools and other stakeholders in the region enlarge intensive PR activities and provided services accompanied by the press and communication campaigns and communicating the vision and mission of UofPa
