5 Title I November Required Audit Items Items, along with monthly documentation, will be reviewed during the next visit e-checklist due Nov 30 th e-checklist pending - 34

7 Title I Non-salary Budget ◦ Review budgets for non-salary funds ◦ Submit requisitions by December 20 th ◦ Ensure expenditures are in SIP/SWP ◦ Para salaries may be more than budgeted due to AESOP’s Educational Incentive Awards SIG a Funds ◦ Grant closed – Nov. 29 th ◦ No additional expenditures allowed at this point

8 Title I School Food Service Expenditures ◦ Submit PBSD 1275 to SFS ◦ Paperwork will be scanned and sent to Title I for approval ◦ Upon approval, SFS will charge Title I for expenses Monitoring the Grant ◦ State “Desktop” Monitoring Review ◦ Respond to questions on e-checklist ◦ Respond to questions during school visits beginning in January ◦ Schools may be asked to provide copies of monthly audit items during school visits
