2. Introduction This power point is about my day at school Thursday 29 th August 2013. I hope you enjoy this power point.

3. 7:00 In the morning 9:00 Arriving at school I woke up at 7 oclock in the morning to get ready for school. I go to Shawlands Primary and I am in primary 7.I got changed into my school uniform, had breakfast and left the house to go to school. I arrived at school at 9:00 the bell rang. We all lined up and waited patiently for the teacher to come out and to take us in. When we went to our classes we quickly sat down and waited for the teacher to do the register. Every month on the last Thursday the whole school gathers and we have a celebration assembly. People who have worked hard get certificates.

4. 9:30 House meetings 10:30 Playtime It was our 1 st house meeting of 2013-2014. The reason for the house meeting was to elect a house captain and vice captain. In our school we have 8 different houses called Burns, Glennie, Hoy, Mackintosh, Murray, Rowling, Tennant and Wallace. I really wanted to be captain for Murray house and so did a few others, but I got the most votes and was elected as captain and Rhys was elected as vice captain. I have 2 buddies called Iris and Ava. I really enjoy playing with them at playtime I have to look after them and help them make new friends We have playtime for 15 minutes so when the bell rings at 10:45 we line up.

5. 12:15 to 1:05 its lunch time at lunch time we can be packed lunch, dinner money or go home (but you have to come back to school before 1:05). 11:00 Maths Setting 12:15 Lunchtime 11:00 to 12:00 we have maths. I am in the top maths set. We have been doing problem solving this week to prepare ourselves for our maths project Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. Maths is great fun!

6. 1:05 to 2:55 Health and wellbeing 3:05 home time On Thursday afternoons after lunch we have health and wellbeing. At 3:05 its home time After a great day!
