Animals: Some Extinct and Some Not Extinct By: Nicolas Hurst

Dinosaurs Dinosaurs lived over 2,000 years ago. Some of them were meat- eaters and plant eaters. A meteor from outer space fell to earth and killed all the dinosaurs. People have found their bones and put them all together to make the dinosaurs skeleton.

Sharks Sharks live in the ocean all their lives. They can smell a drop of blood a mile away. They eat meat. Their meal foods are whales and fish. The most dangerous shark in the ocean is the Great White Shark.

Lions Lions are meat eaters. They are carnivorous creatures of the wild. The male lion is called the king of the jungle. The lion is actually the king of Africa. They eat anything that is meat in the area around them.

Frogs Frogs are amphibians. They are slimy creatures. They live in ponds, lakes, and swamps sometimes. Sometimes they can go way down deep into the water. The way a frog is born is it is first born from a egg. Then it becomes a tadpole with a tail. Then it gets its legs and loses its tail. Finally, it gets its two hind legs and becomes an adult frog.

Conclusion Those are just some of the animals in the world, their habitats, some of the foods they eat, and how they act in nature. Are there any questions? Well, if there arent any, I guess that is all. See you kids later. Bye.
