I&M WG 5 21CN migration portal evolution Born from the Migration Control Centre (MCC) Consultation “Wouldn’t it be great if we managed this information via an e-channel?” Industry has had the opportunity to input to the consultation via the MCC experts workshops Various collaborative workshops were held (Migration Experts working group) to capture and refine your requirements First release (quality gate automation) released at the end of July 07 Further releases are expected with incremental capability improvements

A source of data to help BT and Communications Providers manage the migration A means by which communications can be distributed (PUSH) or obtained (PULL), by customers using an e- channel Search BT’s National Migration Schedule and tailor the searches and communications per customer segment Enables human-to-web interface and machine-to-machine interface Available from www.btwholesale.com/mcc Built on the same platform as the Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) application

Developed for usage by Communications Providers and 21CN Vendors Not for usage for end user consumers, businesses or corporates

I&M WG 8 Why do I need to apply for access? This will be the only way, moving forward by which you will be able to access the 21CN Migration data To access the migration data (by Directory Number, DLE 1141, Concentrator 1141, date or PEW reference) To receive migration related communications (e.g. Quality Gate reports and PEWs)¹ If you do not apply for access you will not receive 21CN Migration related communications from the MCC! 2 ¹Will apply for Nelson and onwards. All migrations prior to Nelson will not use the 21CN migration portal 2 The portal only contains actual, real and live information. This will change and more data will be added with further migrations.
